When will I receive my order?
It usually takes 3 - 7 days to process an order, after which it will be shipped. The delivery time depends on your location and is estimated as follows:

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We are very sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us fix this quickly, please email us within one week to info@agamo.de with photos of the damaged product, the order number, and any other details you have about your order. We will send you a solution as soon as possible!

We do not offer returns or exchanges, but if there is something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at info@agamo.de !
Refunds are only offered to customers who receive the wrong or damaged items. If any of these apply, contact our customers at info@agamo.de with photos of the incorrect/damaged items and we will sort it out.
